Abstract: Condylar fractures in pediatric patients occur frequently, often with minimal pain and discomfort. Thus, these fractures in children are overlooked during emergency care. Condylar fractures can be treated conservatively or by open reduction. As a rule, very good healing results are achieved by conservative treatment. In these cases, jaw function restoration using physiotherapy at an early stage can prevent complications such as asymmetry, interference in the facial growth, and ankylosis. The purpose of this case report was to discuss the peculiarities of treatment of mandibular condyle fractures in pediatric patients and report a case in which the condyles were successfully treated conservatively in a 10-year-old patient. The case was followed up for seven years. Keywords: CONDYLAR FRACTURES IN CHILDREN; NON-SURGICAL TREATMENT; MANDIBULAR CONDYLE
